NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WPVI) -- Some of country music's biggest stars will be taking the stage tomorrow night for the Country Music Awards in Nashville.

Along with the stars, the Music City itself also has a place in the spotlight.

We got a backstage pass inside RCA Studio B, one of the many historic sites included on a brand new Adventures by Disney tour.

"It's the home of 1,000 hit records and over 35,000 songs were done in this one location," said Lisa Wilkerson of RCA Studio B.

Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton, the Everly Brothers, Roy Orbison, Al Hirt, Perry Como, Rosemary Clooney and Carrie Underwood are a few of the many stars who have recorded here.

A little blue X on the floor marks the spot where those superstars swore they sounded golden.

"It is the sweet spot of the room acoustically speaking and this is where most of the lead vocals would stand to deliver," Wilkerson said.

"That is the original control room," said Wilkerson.

And let's just say the King left more than a musical mark here.

"If the turntable was acting up and skipping, he would get a little frustrated. He would kick the cabinet he was sitting on and that is actually where Elvis left his mark on the studio," Wilkerson said.

This hit factory is just one stop on the Adventures by Disney tour.

There's also exclusive access to the Grand Ole Opry and the songwriters frequenting the famed Bluebird Cafe.

"There's something for everyone - history buffs, foodies, music lovers and fans of the ABC show Nashville," said Amanda Adler from Adventures by Disney.
