Police investigating near drowning of toddler in Wilmington

WILMINGTON (WPVI) -- New Castle County Police are investigating a near drowning of a toddler in Wilmington.

The incident happened before 9 p.m. Sunday in the unit block of Corrine Court.

Police said a toddler was rescued from a bathtub, and was taken to Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children.

So far, no word on their condition.
