Alder Creek development opens

NEWARK, Del. (WPVI) -- Needy families in Newark, Delaware are ready to move into some wonderful new houses thanks to the housing authority.

Monday was the grand opening at the Alder Creek development.

The former Cleveland Heights site underwent a huge renovation with $3.7 million in construction.

The modern, quality affordable housing is one step forward to help the homeless population.
