New Castle County's finest recognition ceremony

NEW CASTLE CO., Del. (WPVI) -- Action News was in Delaware for a ceremony recognizing the hard work of some of New Castle County's finest.

Ten New Castle county police officers were promoted during this ceremony at the University of Delaware.

In addition to family and friends, many of the state's active and retired police officers were on hand to help celebrate the officers' success.
