LINWOOD, N.J. -- The daughter of a popular New Jersey radio host who was fatally shot inside her home four years ago is seeking new information in the case.
The Press of Atlantic City reports that no arrests have been made in the May 10, 2012, slaying of April Kauffman. The Linwood woman was found dead inside her bedroom.
Kimberly Pack's attorneys have filed a motion pushing for more information about the investigation to be released.
Pack is in a legal battle with her stepfather, Dr. James Kauffman, sparked by his attempts to claim April Kauffman's two life insurance policies.
Pack's attorney filed a document alleging that James Kauffman is responsible for April Kauffman's death.
Kauffman has denied involvement.
