One person dead following multi-vehicle crash at Commodore Barry Bridge toll plaza

LOGAN TOWNSHIP, N.J. (WPVI) -- Officials said one person is dead following a multi-vehicle crash at a toll plaza on the Commodore Barry Bridge.

The crash happened around 5 p.m. Wednesday on the New Jersey side of the bridge in Logan Township.

The wreck reportedly involved a box truck and two other vehicles.

The view from Chopper 6 HD showed a pair of vehicles and a truck stopped at the scene, along with a number of police vehicles and fire trucks.

The investigation is ongoing.
