Incredible video catches near-collision on New Jersey Turnpike

Talk about being feet from absolute disaster.

A driver was blocked behind a crash on the southbound lanes of the New Jersey Turnpike at Exit 9 Sunday when he decided take a picture.

The man says he then heard a noise behind him and saw a big rig sliding on the slick road.

It came within feet of taking out the man's car before it went over a guardrail and landed in the northbound lanes.

The man escaped unscathed.
