Former Pennsylvania state senator Vincent Fumo is being told to pay up again after his 2009 political corruption conviction.
On Tuesday, a federal judge ordered Fumo to pay more restitution to Citizens Alliance.
That's one of the non-profits, along with the State of Pennsylvania, that he defrauded out of $4-million dollars.
Fumo has paid back more than $3.5-million so far and served 4 years in prison.
But the judge says he still owes Citizens Alliance close to $400,000.
