PAULSBORO, N.J. (WPVI) -- The mayor of Paulsboro, New Jersey, who is accused of driving while intoxicated, was in court Wednesday.
Mayor Jeffery Hamilton was arrested in December during a traffic stop in Woolwich Township.
Police say he failed a field sobriety test, which was caught on dashboard camera.
They say he also refused a breathalyzer.
Wednesday's hearing was continued until next month.
