NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Officials say one man is dead and another is being questioned by police after a shooting in North Philadelphia early Saturday morning.
The shooting occurred just after midnight near the intersection of North 4th Street and Indiana Avenue.
Police found a 25-year-old man lying on the street with a gunshot wound to the chest.
He was taken to Temple University Hospital and later died.
Another man, 20-years-old was taken to Temple by private auto. He walked in with bullet wounds to the hip and buttocks.
Police say, that man was the person who shot the 25-year-old man.
Police placed the second shooting victim under arrest and are working to decide on what charges he faces.
They say he accidentally shot himself.
