CONCORD, N.C. (WPVI) -- Some North Carolina shoppers are shocked to learn one of the state's most popular malls was doubling as a meth lab.
Police say former mall employee, Lindy Pistone, was cooking the drug inside a store that had recently shut down at Concord Mills, outside of Charlotte.
Those who work and shop there say it could have turned deadly.
Police allege this was just one part of a massive, $4 million crystal meth operation across North Carolina.
