Suspect sought in Coatesville armed bank robbery

COATESVILLE, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police in Coatesville are searching for an armed bank robbery suspect who was caught on camera.

The robbery occurred around 10:20 a.m. Tuesday at the Coatesville Savings Bank located at 185 East Lincoln Highway.

Police say the suspect entered the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money.

The suspect was given money and fled the bank on foot.

The suspect is described as a black male with a full beard, thin build, approximately 5'10" to 6'0" in height, wearing a red/white hat, dark sunglasses, a light colored long sleeved button down shirt, khaki pants and dark shoes.
