Pedestrian hit, killed in Bear, Delaware

BEAR, Delaware (WPVI) -- A pedestrian was hit and killed Wednesday night in Bear, Delaware, according to police.

The crash happened at about 11:20 p.m. in the westbound lanes of Route 273 at the Route 1 northbound ramp.

The driver of the car stopped at the scene, police said.

Police are continuing to investigate the crash.
