Man struck by car in Tioga-Nicetown

TIOGA-NICETOWN (WPVI) -- A man has been injured after being struck by a vehicle in the Tioga-Nicetown section of Philadelphia.

It happened around 4:15 p.m. Tuesday along the 2200 block of Hunting Park Avenue.

There is no word if the striking vehicle remained at the scene.

The man was taken to the hospital with what appear to be non-life-threatening injuries.
