PENN VALLEY, Pa. (WPVI) -- Fire damaged a home in Montgomery County that was just sold two weeks ago and the search is on for what sparked it.
The fire started around 2:30 a.m. Sunday on the 900 block of Summit Avenue.
A person passing by noticed the flames and called authorities.
Firefighters were able to get the fire under control within 30 minutes.
No injuries were reported.
Officials say the homeowners were making improvements on the home when the fire broke out.
