Blob movie scene recreated at original theater in Phoenixville

A classic movie scene was recreated Friday night in the very location where it was filmed.

The announcer warns "run, don't walk" in the movie trailer for The Blob- and that's exactly what they did at the Colonial Theater in Phoenixville.

This is the start of the theater's annual Blob Fest.

The film's most famous scene - showing moviegoers fleeing the Blob - was filmed at the Colonial Theater.
