Folks try to stay warm as light snow falls in Phoenixville

PHOENIXVILLE, Pa. (WPVI) -- It feels like temperatures have dropped significantly in the last two hours, we no longer have sunlight helping us out.

And even pets are dressed for the cold temperatures.
