PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A bright and comfortable start to the workweek ahead!

TODAY: It's a wet start to the day with rain exiting the city during the morning. Some showers may linger near the coast until lunchtime.

The afternoon is drier, but it remains muggy with some sunshine breaking through, high 84.

TONIGHT: A spotty shower can't be ruled out, decreasing clouds. Low 70.

MONDAY: A few more clouds early, turning brighter and humidity drops. High 77, a bit breezy.

TUESDAY: The coolest start for many since early June! Widespread 50s, even a few 40s to start the day with plenty of sun. High 78.

WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny, warmer and more humid, high 83.

THURSDAY: Partly sunny with an isolated storm possible, high 86.

FRIDAY: Clouds, some sun. Watching for the chance of a shower, high 83.

SATURDAY: Nice and comfortable with clouds and sunshine, high 80.
