Police arrest man following shooting in Oxford Circle

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police have arrested a 31-year-old man they say shot another man in the city's Oxford Circle section.

Police said the suspect got into a fight with the 28-year-old victim outside of the suspect's house on the 1400 block of McKinley Street around 6:30 a.m. Saturday.

Investigators said the victim was shot twice.

He was taken to an area hospital where he remains in critical condition.
