PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A local man took home the chicken-clad crown after winning Wing Bowl 25 on Friday morning.
The Wells Fargo Center was packed with thousands of fans as eaters competed for cash prizes.
Previous winners were barred from participating, which means a new winner would be crowned.
This year, a man from Royersford, Montgomery County took home the top prize.
Bob Shoudt, also known as "Notorious B.O.B.," ate 409 wings!
He was all smiles as he posed with his cash prize.
"I've been in hundreds and hundreds of eating contests, but this is the one that everybody wants to win. I finally got my name up there, and to be on Wing Bowl 25 was a special moment," he said.
The 50-year-old is just the third Pennsylvania resident to win the event.
