Police: Suspect wanted for mugging Temple student

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police have released a surveillance video of a man wanted for mugging a Temple student a month ago in North Philadelphia.

Detectives say the suspect seen in a restaurant, grabbed a 20-year-old woman's backpack while inside Hok Heg Chinese store on West Cecil B. Moore Avenue.

The victim resisted at first, but the assailant wound up getting the upper hand.

He ran away after stealing $240 from her bag.
