Police: Man attacks brother with front-end loader machine

BOW, N.H. (WPVI) -- A New Hampshire man faces assault charges for trying to mow down his brother with a piece of heavy machinery.

Police say 54-year old Peter Emanuel used a front-end loader to knock over a crane his brother was operating.

It happened following an argument at a recycling business in Bow on Wednesday.

Police say Emanuel then backed up the front-end loader toward a cruiser with an officer inside.
