2 wanted in Port Richmond attempted robbery

PORT RICHMOND (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are looking for two masked men who stalked two workers in Port Richmond, then tried to rob them.

Surveillance video shows a green van stop in front of Richmond Check Cashing on the 2900 block of Richmond Street last weekend.

A few minutes later, you see a 72-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man walk up to open the store.

Within seconds, the suspects storm the business, knocking the male employee to the ground.

After a brief struggle, the alarm went off, sending the suspects running back out the door empty-handed.

Neither worker was hurt.
