2 arrested after police chase ends in crash on I-95 in Chester, Pa.

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Two people were arrested Thursday after a police chase that began in Delaware ended in a crash on I-95 in Pennsylvania.

According to Wilmington police, a vehicle wanted in connection with several previous pursuits was spotted Thursday afternoon.

As officers attempted to pull the driver over, police say the suspect rammed two Wilmington police vehicles, causing minor damage.

The driver then led officers onto I-95, where the vehicle eventually struck a median and came to a stop in Chester, Delaware County.

The driver and passenger, both 18 years old, were taken into custody.

No serious injuries were reported.

The suspects are facing charges in both Pennsylvania and Delaware.
