Amtrak's Keystone service partially restored between Philadelphia, Harrisburg

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Amtrak said service on the Keystone Line was partially restored on Monday morning.

Service had been canceled on Sunday due to downed power lines.

The downed wires were a result of the severe weather that the region experienced Saturday night.
