CATASAUQUA, Pa. (WPVI) -- A father and son charged with throwing an explosive device from a vehicle near a polling place on Election Day will go to trial.
Matthew Pletz, 56, and Jack Pletz, 24, face multiple felony charges.
On Wednesday, a judge upheld those charges.
The incident happened a block from Salem United Church of Christ in Catasauqua, Pennsylvania, back on primary day in May.
No one was injured.
The district attorney says there's no evidence that the incident was related to the election or the church.
