"Gateway to Success" graduation for formerly incarcerated individuals

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The City of Philadelphia celebrated the progress made by formerly incarcerated individuals Friday.

Temple University hosted the "Gateway to Success" graduation ceremony.

Each graduate recently finished a workforce readiness and skills training program through the city's Office of Public Safety as they embark on new careers.

The program also infuses behavior intervention and therapy to strengthen individual growth.
