Officer injured after being struck by vehicle in Philadelphia's Olney section

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- An officer was injured after being struck by a vehicle Thursday morning in Philadelphia's Olney section.

It happened around 9:30 a.m. in the area of Front Street and Duncannon Avenue.

Police said they are working to track down the driver responsible.

The officer is being treated for a leg injury.

It's not clear what led up to the incident.
