PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- While you may not be able to land a ticket to the Oscars in Hollywood, you can still join the party in Philadelphia.
The Philadelphia Film Society is holding its own Oscars party on Sunday.
Their Film Society Center on Chestnut Street will have glitz and glamour with festive food, themed cocktails, a silent auction and prizes.
The center was recently renovated, and this will be the first major event there.
"The whole night of the Oscars will be on the biggest screen in Philadelphia, which is so fun, because there's something so exciting about watching the Oscars as a group," said Philadelphia Film Society CEO Andrew Greenblatt.
The proceeds from the night go right to The Philadelphia Film Society's mission.
It supports their year-round efforts of education, community outreach, programming, and everything they do to enhance film in the community.
The party begins at 7 p.m. on Sunday.
You can find details on tickets here.
