The annual Phillies Baseball Carpenter Cup started this week in South Philadelphia and Camden.

Local high school baseball all-stars make up the 16 teams playing in the single elimination tournament.

The Action Cam was at Dick Allen Field in FDR Park Monday as the Olympic-Colonial team took on Chester County.

Christian Williams, from Paul VI High School, threw the first two innings for Olympic-Colonial.

He went scoreless with 3 strikeouts and no walks.

Olympic-Colonial went on to win 9 to 1.

They will play again on Thursday.

The Carpenter Cup is a highly regarded event showcasing the talents of top local players to major league and college scouts.
