
PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a shooting that left a man injured in the city's Fishtown section.
It happened just before 5 p.m. Friday at Front Street and Girard Avenue.
According to police, a 37-year-old man was shot in the abdomen and taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
The view from Chopper 6 showed police cordoned off a scene near the SEPTA's Girard Station.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear, and no arrests have been reported.
