BEAR, Del. (WPVI) -- Detectives are investigating a shooting at the Sunset Station shopping center in Bear, Delaware that happened over the weekend.
Police found a drive and his vehicle with the back window shot out on Sunday.
At first this was being investigated as a case of possible road rage.
But on Tuesday, investigators said the shooting was the result of a dispute between the driver and three pedestrians.
Officers say the victim was driving through the parking lot when he encountered three men walking in the road.
They got into an argument and the victim got out of his vehicle, but then got back in.
Police say that's when a number of shots were fired at the SUV.
No one was hit.
