Woman shot while on front porch in North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A woman is recovering after being shot on her front porch in North Philadelphia.

Police said 12 shots were fired in the 2100 block of North 23rd Street on Wednesday around 9:15 p.m.

The 36-year-old victim was in front of the Raymond Rosen Homes, where she lives.

She is in stable condition.

Police don't know who fired the shots or if she was targeted.

Bullets also hit two neighboring homes, but no one inside was hurt.
