PRICES CORNER, Del. (WPVI) -- In Delaware, they're locking up the Webb Community Corrections Center in Prices Corner for good.
It only housed a few offenders and a task force determined it needed several costly upgrades.
By moving the inmates to Plummer, the state says it will save $100,000 a year.
Thursday's decommissioning ceremony honored John Webb, the building's namesake.
He was the state's first African-American warden.
His family was in attendance.
