Crews investigate 3-alarm Reading fire

READING, Pa. (WPVI) -- Berks County authorities are investigating a three alarm fire in Reading.

Fire broke out around 5:00 p.m. Tuesday at a house in the 100 block of Weiser Street.

Crews noticed heavy smoke as they arrived on the scene.

A second alarm was struck followed by a third alarm.

It took more than 90 minutes for firefighters to bring the blaze under control.

There are no reports of injuries.
