Philadelphia Police release surveillance video of Mayfair 7-Eleven robbery

Mayfair (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Police have released new video of a man who posed as a customer to rob a convenience store in the city's Mayfair section.

Cameras captured the suspect walking into the 7-Eleven on the 3300 block of Tyson Avenue, just before 1 a.m. Tuesday morning.

At first, the man asked the clerk for cigars.

But instead of handing him cash, the suspect reached for a gun hidden under his pant leg.

After loading up a bag with cash and cigarettes, the man away towards Roland Avenue.
