Police find Delaware shooting victim in vehicle

RUTLEDGE, Del. (WPVI) -- A man is fighting for his life after being shot in Rutledge, New Castle County.

Police were called to investigate a car accident, when they discovered a man suffering from a gunshot wound inside the vehicle.

Officers say they found evidence a short distance away on Baywatch Road.

The victim was taken to Christiana Medical Center for treatment.

He is listed in critical condition.
