Victim shot and killed in Tacony

Police are investigating a deadly shooting in the Tacony section of Philadelphia.

It happened before 5 a.m. Monday in the 5700 block of Keystone Street.

Officers arrived to find a 28-year-old man who had been shot once in the head.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are looking for a person wearing dark clothes who was seen fleeing the scene.
