Teen critically injured in West Philadelphia shooting

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A 16-year-old boy is in critical condition after a shooting in West Philadelphia.

It happened around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at 56th and Vine streets.

Police say the teen was discovered, suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.

Responding officers rushed the victim to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in critical condition.

So far, no arrests have been made.
