Man shot sitting in car in Wilmington, Delaware

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Wilmington police are investigating after a man was shot in the neck while sitting in his car.

Officers responded to 30th Street and Northeast Boulevard after 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Police found the 31-year-old victim in his car.

He was airlifted to Christiana Hospital with stable vital signs.

Wilmington Police are asking anyone with information about the case to call Detective L. Hageman at 576-3630.
