Camden opens public pools

CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- As of today, people in Camden, New Jersey have a place to swim for the summer.

The city officially opened its public pools.

Mayor Dana Redd was at the North Camden Community Center to kick off the season this morning.

It's one of two public pools in Camden.

The other is at the Isabel Miller Community Center at 8th Street and Carl Miller Boulevard.
