PSTV, Philadelphia schools TV

SPRING GARDEN (WPVI) -- Philadelphia students are now creating media content and sharing it with the public.

They're using the recently-revived production studio at district headquarters.

The students can share their stories on PSTV, the district's educational channel.

Superintendent Doctor William Hite says the program is expanding to all schools thanks to a recent deal between Comcast and the city.
