PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The tradition of stepping and its roots in African American culture, especially in fraternities and sororities, actually date back more than a century.
But these days, stepping is thriving and there's a new film shining a spotlight on its role of shaping and inspiring young women.
The stars of the new film, Blessin, Tayla and Cori, stopped by the 6abc studios to talk to us about the project, which is in theaters now.
It's not just their story, but a tribute to every life that has been touched by this community of dance.
