Alethia Calbeck grew up in a small town in Florida where she spent most of her time playing outdoors.

With parents who were both artistic, they encouraged the exploration of nature and the atmosphere around her.

What she would later learn was that she had an innate curiosity of people and culture which would lend itself perfectly to a career in marketing, communications and PR.

She would come to realize the importance of empathy and listening as a leader and works to bring that to her job every day.
