A big welcome back in Chester

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Teachers and administrators are preparing to kick off the school year in Delaware County.

The Chester Upland School District held its annual convocation Monday morning.

It was a chance for staff members to lay out plans for a successful school year, before the students arrive.

The large assembly is a three day event filled with motivational speakers.

Classes in the district start a week from Tuesday.
