2 teens sought in attack, robbery of elderly man in Logan

Philadelphia police are looking for 2 teenagers who attacked and robbed an elderly man in the city's Logan section.

LOGAN (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are looking for two suspects who were caught on camera robbing an elderly man in the city's Logan section.

It happened on November 11 around 1 p.m.

Surveillance video shows the pair of suspects following an 80 year-old man along the 2100 block of Windrim Avenue.

As the man begins to run towards a Septa bus, one of the suspects follows behind him and tackles him to the ground.

He then wrestles with the elderly man and steals his wallet, which had $200-$300 inside.

When a witness passing by in a vehicle stopped to help, the suspects fled the scene towards Dennie Street.

The first suspect is described as a black male, 17-19 years-of-age with a thin build. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with a white logo on the upper left front and dark colored jeans.

The second suspect is described as a black male, 17-19 years-of-age with a thin build. He was wearing a burgundy hooded sweatshirt and dark colored jeans.
