Snoop Dogg gives away free turkeys in California

INGLEWOOD, Calif. -- Free turkeys were given away at the entertainment venue The Forum to those in need by Snoop Dogg and the city of Inglewood, California.

"This is what it's all about, being able to give back to people who may have not had nothing to eat for Thanksgiving, but we're fortunate enough, we're blessed enough to give back," the rapper said. "So every year we look forward to doing it."

Four-thousand people received turkeys during the third annual event.

"We love you Snoop Dogg and thank you for the turkeys," one grateful attendee said. "You give them to everybody who can't afford food."
