Remembering patients, friends in Center City

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- The annual "Light up a Life" ceremony took place in Center City Philadelphia Wednesday night.

This tree lighting has been celebrated at Penn Wissahickon Hospice for the last 25 years.

Each light on the tree honors the memory of a patient, a friend, or other significant individuals who hold a special memory for those in attendance.
