NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A teenage male has been arrested after crashing into two police vehicles and a home in Northeast Philadelphia.

The incident began around 12:00 p.m. Thursday when police came upon a stolen car and followed it to the 1600 block of Bridge Street.

Authorities say the driver of the stolen car then backed up into the police vehicle.

When the striking vehicle saw a second police vehicle coming down the street in his direction, he moved forward striking that vehicle.

Police say the driver then pulled onto the sidewalk and hit the front wall of a house.

There was moderate damage to the police vehicles and no officers were injured.

The 19-year-old suspect was arrested and transported to Aria Health Frankford for cuts and scrapes to his arms and face from the airbags.

Licenses and Inspections was called out to the scene to survey the damage to the house.
