Two men used tow truck to steal cars in New Castle County, Delaware, Police say

NEW CASTLE CO., Del. (WPVI) -- Two men are accused of using a tow truck to steal cars in New Castle County, Delaware.

Matthew Wojciechowski, 47, Arnold Anderson, 44, have been charged with 10 counts of felony motor vehicle theft.

Police say the men sold the vehicles to dealerships.
